Digital Content Purchases

Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases of novel chapters, premium content, and star packages are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. However, we recognize that exceptions may be necessary in certain circumstances.

Subscription Cancellations

For subscription-based services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.

Star Packages and Virtual Currency

Purchases of stars or other virtual currency are final and non-refundable, except in cases of technical errors or unauthorized transactions. Unused stars remain in your account and do not expire.
